Here you will find all the information you need to connect your mobile devices to Mason's Employee and Student Email.

Exchange ActiveSync

Mason's Email employs a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync server. It is the architecture that allows devices to synchronize with your email, calendar, and contacts. Only ActiveSync devices will fully function with Microsoft Exchange.

Note: ActiveSync is only available on iOS (iPhone, iPad, iTouch), Android, Windows Phone and new Blackberry 10 devices. All Blackberries manufactured before April 2013 are not compatible with ActiveSync and thus won't sync to your calendars and contacts. ITS will support these Blackberries on a limited basis only.
