Exchange ActiveSync
Office 365 employs a Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync server. It is the architecture that allows devices to synchronize with your e-mail, calendar, and contacts. Only ActiveSync devices will fully function with Microsoft Exchange.
Note: ActiveSync is only available on iOS (iPhone, iPad, iTouch), Android, and new Blackberry 10 devices. All Blackberries manufactured before April 2013 are not compatible with Office 365 and thus won't sync to your calendars and contacts. The ITU will support these Blackberries on a limited basis only. Click on the Blackberry link to the left for additional information.
NotifyLink
Until the calendar is migrated you will continue to use NotifyLink to receive calendar on your mobile device. Once the calendar is migrated to Office 365 NotifyLink will no longer be required. Calendars will able to be synced to multiple devices. NotifyLink users will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to configure their device.
