Mission

The Technology Systems Division provides a broad range of core infrastructure services to the unversity community including:

  • Robust and reliable networks that provide data, voice, and CATV access to services on and off campus.

  • Central and distributed information systems, applications, and associated databases.

  • Enterprise servers and systems for administrative and academic support and communication.

  • Developing, testing, and deployment of the next generation of core technology services.
Goals
  • Build a cohesive and high performing division.

  • Develop a network and central systems plan to upgrade the core infrastructure technology needed to achieve The Plan for 2007.

  • Provide technical support for the implementation of Banner Finance and Human Resources while re-engineering existing workflow applications and continuing to support legacy administrative systems and databases.
